My work as a journalist began as a student at Concordia University in 2017. As an investigative reporter, researcher and editorial assistant for the Institute for Investigative Journalism (IIJ), I collaborated with a national reporting network to investigate on and produce project-specific stories related to the IIJ's Tainted Water series — a nationwide investigation into lead in drinking water.
In 2019, I became one of two first-ever investigative interns at Le Devoir, where I produced and edited French-language articles as part of a nationwide inquiry into drinking water quality.
After graduating with a BA in Multiplatform Journalism in 2020, I produced hundreds of daily news articles and lifestyle stories at Narcity Media’s MTL Blog — where I also researched and produced the publication’s first-ever long-form, investigative piece. -
I began creating web content for small businesses at LinkNow Media in 2018 as a freelance content writer. There, I tailored advertising content to attract target audiences, employing SEO best practices for maximum impact.
I joined the team at Sid Lee as a content creator in 2021, where I had the opportunity to create web and social content for some of the world’s largest brands. I also led the charge for in-house content around diversity and inclusion to foster education and collaborate to create a more equitable workplace. -
My role as a content creator at Sid Lee included the creation of social content for large-scale accounts. I also take on ongoing freelance clients with social content creation needs, where I work with brands to execute social strategy through engaging multiplatform content.
